Question by stevedude256: What kind of jobs would juggling be considered a usefull skill to have?
i know the circus is the main one, but i’m curious about other jobs. It helped me get a part time job at a toy store, but that was just for the Christmas season. Thanx.

My Husband gets all his Juggling supplies from them. They do ship internationally. And you get the stuff fairly quickly. Never had a real problem with them.

I can’t remember what it is called, but it is in the centre of town.

I’m looking for a place where I can order juggling balls online for a fair price. All the online stores I look at are selling simple rubber juggling balls for upwards of $ 25 a ball, with a shipping cost of up to $ 20!. I have no desire to have to pay over $ 100 for half a dozen simple juggling balls.

Your closest juggling store is Serious Juggling in Portland Oregon.
Occasionally you may find a few juggling balls in a magic shop or toy store, but not a large selection.

You could also go to one of the IJA festivals as they certainly sell them there. The next one is in Winston-Salem North Carolina, and it is also a great place to meet fellow jugglers.

Contact juggling is not that hard to learn the basic moves, but like juggling, it can get pretty hard when you get to the more complicated stuff.

The ball size mostly depends on how big your hands are, but generally try to stick between 2.5″ and 3.5″

I live on the east coast and I’m curious if there are any stores like a juggling/circus arts stores out there on the west coast? I’m pretty sure there are. I’m curious because I may be heading out there this summer and I’m an on and off juggler. (we don’t really have any stores like that out here…just video game stores and little kid stores with things like building blocks and tricycles)
anywhere in California, Oregon or Washington.
